It was raining and the technician called and told me he was on the way. I live out in a rural area and I was so happy that he was able to set up my service. He was great and even helped me set up a new password and username. He was about 45 minutes out of town and he was no hurry and he explained and showed me if I have any issues what to do. I really like the service I receive from the Tech.
