Great technical support. I was able to quickly contact Technical Support on a Saturday morning, on chat and on the phone, to verify the internet status. Nate and Caleb were both excellent help. In addition, they told me how to resolve connection issues that might exist inside the house.
My wife and I have infowest, and yes we are related to Josh. This is one incredible team. It feels like Sherri and I are part of the "We" in InfoWest. Their service is EXCELLENT and frankly rarely used because the reliability of their system is so high. When we have called, typically because I messed something up, they are friendly and either kindly walk me through my error without me feeling foolish or at the house quickly. Good job team InfoWest team!!
