Jeff on the support team was quick to reply to my message, I'm serious not even 5 minutes went past as we run a business here in Washington Utah and we rely on the internet every millisecond during business hours. Jeff was courteous just by the expression of the text messages I could tell that he cared and was updating me every time that he got a new update and my internet is back up and running in no time. Can’t say enough good about our experience so far. First of all, when I called to look into getting internet, I spoke to an actual person - Kinzie was knowledgeable, helpful and kind. She got me setup for an install 4 days later and Brycen came out - he arrived right when he said he would and was amazing.
