The guys were fast, polite and knowledgeable.
You did great. The technician was very courteous and fast. He explained everything and made sure it was working before leaving. Very pleased with the installation.
Heather was fantastic! She explained our option’s and helped us make the choice best suited to our needs. Our original install date was 12/31. I asked if we could be put on a cancellation list in case something sooner popped up and Heather called me the same day we first spoke with an appointment that just opened up! It was raining and the technician called and told me he was on the way. I live out in a rural area and I was so happy that he was able to set up my service. He was great and even helped me set up a new password and username. He was about 45 minutes out of town and he was no hurry and he explained and showed me if I have any issues what to do. I really like the service I receive from the Tech.
