Order the service beginning of the week and it was installed Thursday. Heather was super nice and very friendly and helpful. Jesse was here at 2:30 ( was told between 2 and 5) and told me each thing he had to do and made sure it was ok with me. So far I have had a wonderful experience with infowest and am looking forward to a long, happy relationship.

From the time i called to set up service to the time they installed everyone was great.
Switching over to InfoWest was just as easy as promised, Adapter arrived in plenty of time while waiting for CenturyLink to do their part, and instructions for connecting it to the Underline router were clear. No problems or complications at all. Very satisfied so far.
Garret did a great job of fixing our problem !! He was on time , very skilled , and professional ! Infowest also followed up the next day to make sure we were satisfied !
