The staff in the hotel went the extra mile to make sure we made it to the train station. Also, free pickup at the airport was timely. While the breakfast options were limited because of covid, there was still much to choose from. Staff was friendly and helpful and hotel was a good value for the money.

Vending machine and ice machine situation were underwhelming. Otherwise, everything was more than satisfactory.

I like that the desk is open until 3:00 A.M. and they will pick you up from the airport

The rooms were not great, sheets very worn, flat uncomfortable pillows. Room decor okay, but slight smell of mold. Seemed to be understaffed, barista not available in morning so we had to miss the "complementary" breakfast. Overall not worth the 250 a night price plus tax. Would not stay there again.

The courtyard area was nice to look at, but was essentially off-limits during our stay! The "free breakfast" was not in the restaurant and the waiting area where you order was so small and crowded. We didn't get our breakfast one day because they ran out of food, and the next day, we didn't choose to be crowded in such a small space. Fred, the shuttle driver was amazing!! Thanks Fred.

We had a very clean suite on 14th floor, with wonderful views of downtown Anchorage. It was comfortable and roomy. The complimentary breakfast was also very good. We would definitely stay here again.

Continental breakfast was for practical but not mist options would not be available and staff would not replace or provide alternative
