Average Overall ok, this hotel will start showing its dated soon. Carpets getting old. No info in the room about amenities. Prepaid n biked before I arrived. Got charged $20 for rally arrival, so don’t show up an hour before 3pm. Alison put a $50 hold on my credit card, which I did see a menu for room service or anything one last thing, this hotel is not down town, ou need to have a car or Uber

Doors slamming could be loud and a loud whistle when the wind was blowing, but spacious rooms, great views, good location.

The bed frames were too big for the bed boxes, and the frames were sticking out about six inches so we kept bumping into them. Also, the bed frames were not balanced so the whole bed would tilt. The mattresses kept moving off of the bed boxes. Also, need new mattress covers. Thank you

Some of the clientele seemed a bit shady. But the location was excellent

Excellent stay Have stayed in several hotel in Anchorage alaska, for the price, this one has been the best. Will definitely be staying here more often as well as let my other coworkers about it.

The views of the city are pretty nice, and it's reasonably close to things downtown, and has a restaurant (althoughI didn't try it). There's a nice grocery store nearby as well. Don't bother with their airport shuttle. They made me wait over an hour at the airport, when it's only a 15 minute drive. Everytime I called they'd tell me the shuttle was almost there. Dated rooms, poor customer service Cheap winter option, but they 'couldn't find' a crib or pack and play option. Maintenance guy knocked on our door to confirm it was us that needed a toddler bed, then complained that he would have to check all the maintenance rooms in each floor to find it. Yeah, dude, knowing where to find it is probably helpful for your job. After an hour he didn't ever show back up with it so we called and cancelled the request. Our kiddo sleep in with us.
