City view from the top floors Espectacular view of the city on a winter night. I stayed one night on a corner room, floor 14 and I really had a great feeling going to bed and waking up to Anchorage skyline... just gorgeous! Front desk was a little cold but it was below zero that day, elevators in good working condition and clean bedroom and bathroom. I had a great experience at this hotel and will stay again.

Our room and the view was wonderful. Bed was comfortable and noise a minimal, most pleasurable. No plug in receptacles at below zero temps unheard of in Alaska!!! Would not stay here again due to this reason. Also, I was not informed of a yipping dog down the hall on the way to the elevator.Did not know about pets on premises.

Poor handling of customer complaints. You almost expect an unsatisfied customer experience every time you check on or out. I'm very easy, as I only have a quick nights sleep, but other customers have real complaints that fall on deaf ears.

location is walking distance to 5th Ave, rooms were clean and not to spend. There is a bar and restaurant inside with descant parking outside

Comfortable and Friendly with extras. Excellent place to stay for the money. Out dated but carpets have been replaced and Hotel is clean.
