Nice hotel with the needed / desired amenities! Close to Anchorage attractions and yet still in a nice quiet neighborhood setting:) I would return to this hotel again:)

"Ok" for overnight before train to cruise ship Very rundown hotel! The only positive thing was the price was right!! I guess the old saying "you get what you pay for" is so accurate!!

The rooms could use a bit of an update but werent bad, a little pricey at full price but I used a free night so couldn’t complain and it was a place to sleep which was all we needed

This was a very nice place to be but the hotel could definitely use some upgrades to the room decor, furnishings, and electronics. I did however love the exceptional customer service i recieved. They were very friendly, courteous, and just plain awesome.

Nice stay for a short stay! Very short but good stay, 1 night stay only. Check in was smooth, clean room with an excellent view of the bay and mountains sides across the bay. A few updates and refinements could make a difference, for example TV sets are outdated.
