Didn't get to stay there due to pilot errors in DFW it cancelled and changed all of our flights to where we didn't arrive to be able to stay at the hotel.

OK value, customer service could be improved. Check in lady was not friendly or welcoming at all, then later that night to get inside the hotel you need to use your room key and mine wouldn't work, I used the intercom and no one answered even though there was some one at the front desk a few feet away.. thankfully a guest was coming out so I was able to get inside. A room for a night, nothing more The Inlet Tower is what it is: quite dated in its decor, rooms furnished at their most basic level. If all you need is a place for overnight this will do, just don't expect anything even approaching four stars, let alone five.

Great option to enjoy Anchorage Enjoyed our stay. Bad weather led us to eat at on sight pub. Glad we did. Really good meal, very friendly staff. Room spacious, comfortable. Good location. Can walk to town if you want, but a bit of a hike. Definitely recommend.

Lobby is nice. I think that is where all the money goes. Espresso is the best. Rooms are old and outdated. Smell musty. TV is old and reception is terrible. It’s an ok hotel. Nothing special.

3:00 check in strictly adhered to. Bathroom floor sticky and baseboards need cleaning.

Dated hotel. Good enough. Dated hotel, but relatively clean. The location is on the edge of downtown, but still walkable for most (maybe a little far for some). We stayed there because the big brand hotels were either booked or way more. The staff was nice enough, including the airport driver, and the restaurant (for breakfast anyway - didn't have dinner) was good enough. Internet was fine for basic tasks, but didn't have to do too much on it, either.
