Reputable Mechanic Work was carried out within the agreed time and to a good standard. Additional work was required, they explained the reason and showed me the parts that needed to be replaced. They put no pressure on me to have the work done there - the advice was impartial. I agreed to them doing the work and it was competitively priced and quick. I recommend and will return there next year.

Friendly hard working people Basingstoke branch did a good job. They are very friendly and hard working and maybe a bit stressed due to being short staffed. Very happy with the end result

Thank you Nick Carr at 'In 'n' Out' I want to say a special thank you to Nick Carr at Basingstoke 'in n out' centre. I went in to have my car's MOT done and 4 new tyres put on and he looked after me from start to finish. I had my car booked in else where but he told me about the great MOT price and service so I took it and he also guided me to the choice of tyres I could have and gave me good prices. Very pleased with the work carried out I would recommend Joe and the team after carrying out repairs on my car after it failed the MOT. The repair was done to the agreed cost and carried out on the same day. I will definitely be back later in the year for a service. Thanks Margaret

Very helpful member of staff - Nick Burnett My 3 lights on the front of my car had gone out and I had a trip to the airport to make in the dark. I took my car into 'in n out' Basingstoke . I was met by Nick Burnett who came to my aid straight away - thankfully Nick had the bulb I needed and replaced it straight away. Nick was very pleasant, reassuring and helpful and I was able to make my journey the next day without any problem. I noticed that the garage was extremely well kept, clean and organised.

First time of using price given directly over phone I usually use another garage, Two jobs carried out to given price. Had to leave car over weekend as one job difficult,if rushed could have damaged cylinder head,communication about progress given.

Great Experience The whole experience was a pleasure! Arranged a "brakes check" easily and at short notice. Had a full report and asked if I could have front pads changed. This was accommodated that day. The whole duration was viewed through a large window in waiting area and the old pads shown to me. Waiting area and workspace was pristine!
