My car was in and out very quick. First time I have used IN 'n' OUT and will be using them again. Great to watch them MOT my car in a warm comfortable lounge whilst drinking free coffee. Very polite and friendly staff.

Very impressed Really impressed with speed of service and cost. I was able to sit and watch in very comfortable surrounding and knew exactly what I was paying for.

Missing item If anyone out there is having any work done on their car in this establishment before leaving I recommend that you check everything before leaving. I had an MOT done on the 4th September 2025.on Sunday the 7th September I gave the car a clean and upon lifting the bonnet noticed that the cap on the screen wash bottle was missing, I know it was there the day before on the 3rd as I had topped up the screen wash and nothing had been done to the car since arriving home. Absolutely Incompetent – Avoid at All Costs My experience with the Basingstoke branch was a nightmare. I went in for a routine oil change, and they inexplicably FORGOT to refill the oil while still charging me for the service. Now, I could be facing a massive engine repair bill since I managed to drive it for a few miles until the check engine light came on.
