Absolutely Fabulous!! I was rather nervous about the MOT as it was the first since buying this car. (The last Mercedes cost me loads!) This car has been looked after by the previous one owner and booked in every year to a garage in Bridgend voted the 5th BEST in the UK in 2018, so I knew I needed a good place to take care of him in Cardiff! The Staff at the garage are very friendly very efficient As soon as you get there and speak to the staff they greet you warmly confirm what you were doing. I’m just ask you to take a seat in the waiting room which has Wi-Fi Aircon and as much tea and coffee as you want a good place to be while you’re waiting.

Great service yet again I take my car to this centre every year for a full service and MOT. I get great customer service, all costings are transparent and you are contacted regularly with updates, e g video of the service .Car did not pass first time but with excellent advice from Matt with regard to sourcing a part, popped it in today and it was sorted in no time. I will not go anywhere else , they are brilliant.
Another excellent M.O.T. I use in'n'out every year for my M.O.T. service and again this year received the usual excellent service. I know that the car is in safe hands and that every facet of the inspection has been carried out to the highest standard. I have no hesitation in recommending this company to carry out any such service.
Fast and efficient Easy to book online for a date & time that was convenient. MOT and any requirements (new tyres) done quickly, very helpful & friendly staff. Definitely recommend coming here, also come here for my annual service and they are always efficient.
MOT Very quick & friendly service & as the car failed they explained everything precisely & in simple terms & booked me straight back in to have the work completed. Would definitely recommend them & will take my car back for any future work.
