Repair to door catch I’ve used Norwich branch a lot helping me refurbish my MG ZT. Quick, pleasant staff, no job too small. Had tyres replaced, engine repair exhaust replaced last year and now booked for MOT. They know how to fix anything quick. Thanks.

Fantastic service Service from start to finish was excellent, everything was explained to me before any work was carried out. My car went in for a full service , it was found the tyres needed changing , spark plugs , brakes and couple of other bits. The team were brilliant and I'm happy with the work carried out. Also I think the little touch with sending a video to the customer explaining the work that needs doing is excellent and the customer can be assured that they are not being ripped off. Well done!

Great Team In-store team are great...head office team are great...but they don't seem to talk to each other, so it took me a while to get any help on the website they advertised on. Definitely best to go direct and you won't be disappointed

Air Con Regas and New Battery Went in for a Air Con Re-gas, left with Air Con Re-gas, New Battery and a Service Agreement. Good salesmanship or what! The friendly staff explained the Gold Car Care Bundle which appears to be very good value and included the Air Con Re-gas. I was also told my battery wasn't holding a full charge, which I had suspected, so I agreed to a new battery which was priced very reasonably. I now look forward to receiving the same high quality treatment when my car goes in for its service.

Supply and install the new track rod ends to my Kia Arrived at 14:30 for my appointment, a very pleasant chap on the reception desk booked me in. Advised it would be about one hour. Returned at 15:45 car was ready saw the same chap, he explained that all was okay total cost was £116 approximately. Paid I certainly would use again first impressions very competent.

MOT Great service from the In and Out Norwich Autocentre. Booked my car in online for a MOT which was easy and simple to do. The Autocentre were expecting me and I left my car for an hour. On return the car had failed due to front brake pads needing replaced. They gave me a competitive quote and fitted them while I waited. The car was then MOT again and passed. All in the Autocentre were friendly and helpful. Would recommend the Norwich Autocentre.

Great garage I live over the road and have been in twice now, on each occasion the team were polite and extremely professional. I got a discount on my service for my first visit have been back today for some repairs. There’s windows into the workshop so you can watch what’s going on with your car, Its not often you find a garage you can trust.
