Came in an waited for an hour to receive a 1 minute review that I'm doing well.
Notify your customers when there is a recall on the machines they issue!!! User should not have to hear about on national news or the recall & to stop using the CPAP machine right away. Not happy at all.
I would not ! there right now charging my insurance company for a recalled machine and says it's my responsibility to deal with the company even though it's not mine yet !! the bill department trys to talk in circles as well.
The employees are all friendly & professional. I think they are Very Knowledgeable & cutting edge with the sleep apnea equipment & technology as well as issues experienced by their clients.
