Notify your customers when there is a recall on the machines they issue!!! User should not have to hear about on national news or the recall & to stop using the CPAP machine right away. Not happy at all.

I would not ! there right now charging my insurance company for a recalled machine and says it's my responsibility to deal with the company even though it's not mine yet !! the bill department trys to talk in circles as well.
