Mixed review. My doctor when I see her is great. Took 4 months of them canceling 4 times on me at the last minute to see her. She scheduled a sleep study. Receptionist and assistant not only offered but promised me a bigger room as most of them are super tight and I'm in a wheelchair. Show up to my appointment and my sleep tech who was great had no idea I was in a wheelchair. Even they shared their frustrations with all these issues. I had two separate sleep studies completed about 10 months apart at the Innovative Sleep Center. Results were nearly identical. As part of the referral by my ENT I presented the sleep studies to a highly experienced surgeon at a California University medical center who has successfully completed hundreds of Inspire implants. The surgeon rejected the sleep studies as incomplete and highly biased toward selling CPAP equipment. This was my second sleep study due to me turning 65 and Medicare requires it. Absolutely nonsense in my opinion. Innovative Sleep Center has a five-year record of my use of the CPAP machine and I don’t understand why Medicare made me go through a second sleep study. The tech could’ve explained better that I was not going to use my CPAP.

Being asked my opinion is taking a risk on your rating at the Redding California location, but you asked. The staff is FANTASTIC! Each staff member has treated me with the upmost professionalism and respect. It is the physical locality that it horable. A sleep center is a location meant to study Sleep. The location of the Redding Center may as well be in the center of hwy5. The road noise is horrendous, sounds like a Nascar Raceway, and the lights from the street traffic are a downright light show in comparison. I would ... read more

I was in about 30 days ago to certify meeting insurance requirements. I had been camping and missed using my CPAP and only hit 67%. They gave me another 30 days to qualify. I asked if they could just certify me over the phone since they had my data from the WiFi. They said no and said I had to go in the office. When I showed up the PA was in Tennessee and did my visit on a 2 minute web call. I still paid $75, which is absolutely criminal.

After a 30 minute wait for my appointment, My consultation consisted of a dissemination of information. There was no opportunity to discuss issues that were of concern to me. The attitude of the person conducting the consultation was flip and did not assuage my anxiety.
