Fails to bill insurance, even after requesting it", even when required by their agreement as a "provider". Failure to return repaired equipment with all necessary components. Unnecessary nagging, to the point of rediculousness, to remind of an upcoming appointment. Having to appear two times for an appointment due to failure of their software to read my machine which my insurance company purchased from them. I am not finished but will end it here. Too much of my time has been wasted already.
