I had a wonderful experience at the Michigan City, Indiana branch today with Sheetal Patel. I have to say that she is so kind and pleasant to talk to. Sheetal helped me to close a checking account because I lost my checkbook and open a new checking acccount. Sheetal is great asset to INOVA FCU. I wish all my interactions with customer representatives at other organizations were thispleasent.

I wouldn’t recommend this bank to no Black people at all the bank manager is racist .today l went up in there to pay my car note and You should see how the bank manager was reckless eyeballing me. Now I’m starting to feel like she’s intimidating me and if the vice president of this bank don’t take this matter serious the next time I come pay my car note I will be going to the Michigan city Police Department to press intimidation charges on this lady for reckless eyeballing me for intimidation .who ever is over this lady need... read more
