Sheetal Patel was exceptional!!! She was professional, courteous, patient, knowledgeable, all with a personal touch. She went above and beyond with resolving issues, and was focused on me as a customer and providing expert customer service. She is truly a GEM! Today again, I worked with Sheetal Patel at the Michigan City, Indiana location and I found her to be focused, knowledgeable, respectful and compassionate throughout our appointment. In my opinion, she is a great asset to this business and I look forward to working with her in the future. I love the cozy comfortable and personalized feeling you get at this facility as opposed to some of the impersonal technology and attitude so pervasive in our society these days. I had a wonderful experience at the Michigan City, Indiana branch today with Sheetal Patel. I have to say that she is so kind and pleasant to talk to. Sheetal helped me to close a checking account because I lost my checkbook and open a new checking acccount. Sheetal is great asset to INOVA FCU. I wish all my interactions with customer representatives at other organizations were thispleasent.
