Overall, I give Inspirations of Tempe a 3. It is a clean, lovely place and the staff is nice. I haven't eaten there but they have a beautiful dining room. I am impressed with all the fun activities they offer. There is room for improvement in communication between staff and family, and staff and resident. There is also a need for consistency. Inspirations of Tempe is truly a first class facility from the warm welcome of the staff to the programs they have going on the dining experience the activities although I've only been a part of this institution for a couple of months. I really have nothing poorly to say about them, everyone is friendly and top-notch truly worth a visit if you're looking for a long-term care for your loved one.

The reason I gave them 3, is due to the aides who dispense medication are not all the same page. The new hires, lack education. Overall, we appreciate all the support and care. We really are very pleased with "Inspirations of Tempe" and love all the residents there.

My mom is so happy at Inspirations of Tempe!! I have never come across a staff member that didn't smile and greet me. Staff members know my name even though I'm only there once a week - even the chef! I've had a few meals there and they were good. My mom had been able to try new foods she never considered before. I chose it initially due to location. When they were fully staffed, things were good… They just went through a huge turnover of people which made things difficult. My mother passed away last October so I don't know how it is now. I don't really have much more to add. There was so much turnover while we were there that often they were understaffed or didn't have a Director or you name it…

Inspirations bought out the previous company and have had a problem keeping staff. With those staffing down, services are way behind. For example my mother in law's room wasn't cleaned for 3 weeks but cost for services were not reduced. They shouldn't be charged for services they haven't received. My mother in law likes living there so she will stay.
