I called Stan and was given an estimate over the phone. I shopped around and noone beat his price. The estimate was exactly what was charged. No hidden fees or dishonest pricing, everything was up front and honest. Stan's team got here exactly when they said they would and began work immediately. My 2150 sq ft house only took them until 2 in the afternoon and they started around 8 which is exactly what they said it would be before they started. Once they were done they did a pretty good job of cleanup. The foam itself is amazing. My house actually had pretty decent insulation in it but it was the standard rolls of fiberglass. This was keeping my attic around 120 to 130 degrees this summer. The day after the spray foam was applied my attic was in the 80's on a 98 degree day. We now can set our thermostat on whatever we want and it will get there quick and shut off vice running all day. I have to believe that when we get our first energy bill it will be cut down alot and this will also save our ac unit im sure. If your looking to save money on energy bills and get your insulation right, these are the guys to go to!

For those who don't say radio advertising and cheesy catch phrases and jingles don't work, I always think of Energy Seal. When I first heard them on the radio about 10 years ago, I didn't own a house but the ad was on so much, I knew that eventually I would look into what they do when I owned a house. Energy Insulation in the attic is a big deal in Florida. The temperatures can sometimes get up to mid 100s. My heating and cooling bills are astronomical in the summer and winter. I wanted to get my house done because my daughter's bed room was always hot and because I wanted to save money on my electric bill. The first night after the job was done, I could already tell a difference. On this picture taken at noon on a hot July day, my attic's temperature is pretty close to the temperature of my house. Incredible. I have a Nest smart thermostat in the house and it tells us how many hours the thermostat runs each day. Since the energy seal, the thermostat has run an average of 2 fewer hours per day to keep the house at 72 degrees. That's 60 fewer hours the thermostat is on per month! I'll revisit this review once I get my first full electric bill but I can already tell the insulation is going to pay for itself. Spray foam insulation is not the cheapest option for sure, but why cut corners on something I would consider an important investment in your home. Pay the extra cash and get the best option. It's going to save you money. I can't imagine not having Spray Foam insulation in every house I live in going forward. The dollar-for-dollar savings on the electric bill appears to be massive. Thanks to Stan and his great crew. The came to the house at 7 a.m. and the job was finished by noon. I'm happy I made this investment.
