Adam was very attentive and knew how to help my chronic neck pain. His kinesiologist gave me exercises that are easy to do and she spent the time to have me do each one; so no forgetting. One visit and my neck is much improved!!

Physiotherapists are extremely knowledgeable and really hear what you are saying. Adam whom I have dealt with directly on several occasions, gives one confidence that he really knows the body and then passes along exercises that are very easy to access. Physio assistants ensure that those exercises are performed properly before you leave the clinic. Great attention to needs!
Totally, absolutely, hands-down the best physio clinic ever! Everyone's always nice, the follow-ups are incredible and having an app to track the exercises is really helpful. Basit is just incredible and I always feel so much better after each treatment session! Thank you!
I highly recommend Adam for physiotherapy! I started seeing Adam after a work injury. He is knowledgeable, professional, skilled and personable. Matt is a wonderful massage therapist who listens to your concerns. The entire staff are welcoming and friendly from the moment you step into the clinic!
