I am super glad I went to Integral! The staff is awesome and friendly. I had Kate help me with my injury and she was awesome. Not only was she amazing at her job, but she was always a joy to talk to. Would definitely recommend!

Such a friendly and welcoming environment. I've been seeing Jeremy for massage therapy for about a year and a half now. I've had a few injuries and he's helped so much with figuring out why it's happened and how to fix it so it doesn't happen again. I've also heard wonderful things about all of the physiotherapists from friends. Vince really helped my boyfriend when he was having some major shoulder pains. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for physio or massage!
Jade was very nice. She explained everything well and made me feel comfortable on my first visit :)
