RecommendedI was seen today by PA Jenna Specht and she was AMAZING! I’ve never had such a thorough exam from anyone at an Urgent Care before. I felt like I was her main priority and she really cared about my health. This facility was very clean and the staff were friendly. I’m not from Ponca City, but it’s comforting to know when I’m visiting, I have somewhere to go if I’m sick.

Go to an urgent care that has seasoned nurses that listen to the patient.
Wouldn’t return. You do all the paper work/checking in yourself and they don’t do anything for you.

My daughter took my 2 year old grandaughter here today for a horrible cough and vomiting. Brittany , said Dr or PA what ever she thinks she is was absolutely unprofessional and quick to make smart ass remarks to my daughter when she let them know after being there for over an hour and seeing other people walking out that had came in way after she had , that she was in a hit of a hurry , (doing this only after she had already received a text letting her know that the strep swab had came back negative as she sit in the patient... read more
