went to get something out of my eye no insurance. they have gotten to where they do not care about care just money 275$ is what they wanted a visit used to be 75 w/o insurance told them I would have to let my eye fall out they didn't seem to care

Not very express. After waiting for an hour with my wife’s hand bleeding in the waiting room watching others get taken back, we were told 10-15 more minutes. 10 minutes later, we were told it would be another 45 minutes. Not fast or professional. When we asked for a refund the receptionist was very unfriendly.

RecommendedSitting here waiting to be seen, reception is extremely rude. These people do every thing on line. I'm older and do not do everything on line. I will not be back after today's visit. Just saw NP she's sweet, shame she works with a rude receptionist.

The staff was hateful. I had to wait an hour to get results on a 5 minute strep test.
