This is your cold, flu and mono treatment urgent care. Their services are great at helping with that but if you have anything else, go elsewhere.
Everyone here was super helpful and didn't have to wait. Sarah and Brittany were awesome! Very pleasant experience. I went for an X ray and got the results back super quick as well.
Came here for my first time. I came on a Sunday so it was either the ER or one of these Urgent Care facilities. I just came here because they accepted my BCBS insurance and it was the closest to me that was open on a Sunday. After reading on these horrible YELP reviews, I was a bit hesitant, but I needed help. The lady on the phone said they called on the 5th to give me my results but they never did. No call or voicemail from them. I called on the 11th and I was on hold for 45 minutes just for them to tell me that my results were negative. They told me to go to the EMT. Will not be returning here.

Worst waiting experience of my life! I scheduled an appointment to be seen at 3:00pm and still haven't been seen by 4:10. I ended up leaving asking for a refund because not only is it super cold and uncomfortable there, but more expensive than baylor down the street. Would highly recommend going there instead for your money and time. What a waste of space this place is!
Rude, unclean place, and they made me wait for an hour before I got up and left - no one else was in the waiting room.
This place is ridiculous - avoid it if you can! They open at 8 am, so I made an appointment for 9:45 am. I filled out paperwork online and arrived at 9:30. I signed more forms upon arrival. Per the online queue, I was 2nd in line at that time. I was finally called back to a private room around 10:30 am, so I'm 1 hour in at this point. Michelle was unhelpful, unkind, and just plain rude. I would avoid this place unless you have to go there.
Nothing urgent about this place. You'll be waiting hours just to get a generic prescription and for them to send you on your way. I won't be coming back here.
