Took my daughter in for low iron. Paid for visit plus cost of bloodwork at time of services. My daughter received a bill for $92. The additional blood work that I paid for was $66. I contacted them and they removed $66 and sent a bill for $26. I am paying but I do not agree with this because I paid for everything. I paid a total of $191. $125 for the visit and $66 for blood test to see if she was anemic. I will not return to that clinic.

Had a serious issue and waited over an hour with only one person moving forward in the line. I assume these people are playing solitaire while people outside are waiting to be treated. They refused to offer a time estimate, and as I was about to leave, a woman told me that from what she'd seen, it would take another two hours for us. Went someplace else and was helped within 3 minutes. If you have a serious issue that you cannot treat yourself, find someplace else.

Forget filling out insurance and personal data, they received but said it was all blurry. Funny thing is it was all clearly seen and verified by database they use. Wait time on appt once arrived took 15 minutes longer while pain was increasing. Should've gone to other urgent care.

This places service is the absolute worst. This is my 5th and last time coming here. The first time I was overcharged and then got my refund back after 6 months. The staff are absolutely terrible and speak in a very condescending manner. For my 5th and final time I made a reservation for 2:12 and did not get served for 2 hours after my reserved time. Unless you absolutely must and have no other options do not come to this establishment I hope my review can save you time and money because they don't respect either.
