Dr. Sahagun has been there for me for decades. He is always intent on my well-being, and explains everything to me in the complete detail I appreciate. He is straightforward regarding his treatment recommendations, and somehow always manages to be kind in the process. Dr H is terrific. Kind & caring. He’s an excellent diagnostician. Treats all of his patients respectfully. His nurse and scheduler are very professional, and do a great job dealing with a heavy patient load. We very much appreciate their kind consideration.
Dr Ingle helped me a great deal. I went to him with some alarming gastric issues. He listened, tested, and performed both an EGD & Colonoscopy. With his help and kind consideration, the causation of my symptoms were revealed and a corse of action recommended. He probably saved this gals life. Thank you Dr Ingle. Your nurse and the whole staff I dealt with at IMA were terrific.
Wonderful experience [considering the procedure and preparation]. It was over before I knew it, and Dr. Roy was exceptional. He spoke with me before and after the procedure and I felt comfortable with him right away - he has a very nice bedside manner. His nurses and anesthesiologist were also great and very caring. Check-in was smooth and front desk staff was very pleasant and informative. Trepidation turned into comfort within minutes. I highly recommend Dr. Roy!

I am a retired hospital RN and I was terrified to get an endoscopy and colonoscopy for the first time. Dr. Haghighi was such a great listener and never made fun of my fears; he provided a plan for the procedure in reference to my anxieties. I saw him as a patient the second time for chronic nausea. Again, he listened carefully to my problems and never made me feel rushed. Both times he was there at my side before and after each procedure sharing his observations. Great bedside manner.
