Wonderful doctor. Making sure patients get the treatments they need.
A very positive and informative person to experience Dr. Ingle is. I'm feeling fortunate to have a good physician .
Dr. Praveen Roy did a procedure on a family member. I was present for support as she is a senior citizen. He was rude, condescending, and did not answer questions. When we tried to ask him questions, he was dismissive. I left in tears because of his complete disregard for patient care, education, and informed consent - in addition to his egregious bedside manner. We reported him to the hospital. Prescribed a Medication that has VERY BAD SIDE EFFECTS . No relief offered to patient. Promised research. to find a replacement in a week, never happened, would not return calls, just didn't care.
(First appointment) The wait time was low and my nurse was very sweet. That said, the doctor himself was incredibly rude and dismissive. He ignored all my suspicions and inappropriately kept repeating how inaccurate my guesses were, only to not go into any detail about another option or potential cause. He made extremely inappropriate assumptions of my lifestyle and suggestions based on it. Lastly he said how I was there for his opinion in response to my concerns. This office has a massive turnover of employees. So they can't keep your appointments or records straight. The most time I have received from him is 5 minutes, your just a number.
Did not take time to answer my questions. Spent less than 5 minutes with me at my first appointment. Did not look at the referral that was sent from my primary care provider. Initially wanted to do a colonoscopy but what I really needed was an upper endoscopy. After bringing this to his attention ended up having the correct procedure done.
Dr Ingle appears superficially knowledgeable, but does not follow up with serious conditions. I do not recommend him.
