Professional, Courteous and Amazing Customer Service Ion's complete team has amazing customer service skills and everyone is upbeat, friendly and motivated. Good customer service is hard to come by these day but all of the representative I spoke with were professional and extremely helpful in answering any questions I had.
Great people to work with. We have looked a solar several times and the price was right at this time. All the people we have worked with have been great. The salesman, the office staff, the engineer and the installers. The City inspector did not like where a grounding wire was put. The men were here right a way and moved it. It was a thrill to flip the switch and start using solar energy for now and the future.
Easiest Home Improvement Ion Solar made the installation process for our solar panels very easy, handling all the paperwork, submitting applications, and getting all the permits required. One minor delay due to missing paperwork for an inspection, however, it was taken care of the following day, causing only a minor delay.
Great way to save $$ Salesman helped me to decide if adding solar panels was a good choice for my own situation. Once I decided company kept me abreast of entire process. Installation went great! Employees friendly. My only concern was when it was time to turn system on I was advised by text. I would have preferred one more visit to show me in person.
They make the process smooth and easy. After grilling the salesperson for 4 hours and checking a ton a reviews, I decided to go with ION Solar. I just started using my panels and no problems so far. Ion took care of navigating the very complicated process from beginning to flipping the "on" switch.

A great company to deal with. I had some curiosity about solar power as well as some reservations. But one day, Ion Solar had people canvasing the neighborhood and after speaking with them, I scheduled an appointment to see what they had to offer. I met with Dean Rolle Jr. He gave a very detailed and informative presentation. He answered all of the questions I had that day as well as questions I came up with throughout the installation process. He was always accessible by phone or text which was very reassuring.
