Good Service Service is good and fast
Good service so far Came to my door, offered some good service in time to get the federal and state rebates. Have followed through on everything so far, process isn't done yet. Will update if that changes.

Quality products but disorganized service This company provides quality products and our system is working just fine, but it has taken 7 months to complete the project due to mishaps in the office, such as requests from the local city planning for more info, which got lost and was not rectified for 3 months.
Excellent! Presentation was clear and precise, both pros and cons. Installation crew was great - on time, courteous, friendly, explained what they would accomplish, then went right to work, hardly knew they were there. On completion of work the clean up was excellent, followed by a walk through of the complete installation explaining the purpose and operation of each component. Seamless process From initial visit to installation everything went seamlessly. We are eagerly waiting on inspection then we can flip the switch to savings! Chose ION because I liked the clean look of their installation, no ugly conduit all over my house.
Professional and efficient Very happy with our choice to use ION, we had a LOT of questions going into the project and Seth answered all of them. They have communicated every step of the way. I would definitely recommend them.
Smooth as Butter! Just finished the install, haven't had the panels inspected and turned on yet, but I have to say, These guys were AMAZING! Polite, patient, knowledgeable... the list goes on. My experience has been smooth as butter thus far. No doubt in my mind that this was the best choice for our home and future. If/when I buy a new house, ION is definitely who I'm calling.
ION Solar - a Great Company to work with. The ION team have been great to work with. Their knowledge of solar is great and they provided me with answers to all my questions. It was interesting that their install team had the same help-the-customer attitude as the sales person and I have received updates throughout the entire process. This has been a great experience.
