My experience was prolonged by rules and regulations! Although Mr. Brian Allen was more than ready when the punches came. He was very informative and also easy to ask questions and get answers from. Over the two years he kept me updated by emails and phone calls. I would recommend this firm without a doubt. Hope this helps someone choose who to hire!

Our daughters were involved in a serious car crash when a man ran a red light! Isaacs and Isaacs knew exactly what to say and exactly what to do for us! Isaacs and Isaacs did absolutly nothing to help my spouse in an auto accident where he was injured when a vehicle illegally turned in front of him. They accepted his case and the attorney handling the case went on vacation in the middle of the case. She would not return his calls. Nor would she return the calls from the body shop who was repairing what turned out to be a totaled vehicle. According to the insurance company who also dropped the ball. I had a very bad experience with Rick Bension, he is an incompetent person who has no words. He offered me an amount of work so that I would accept an agreement and at the same time he did not comply with his work. He did not give me anything. You shouldn't trust him.

My personal experience with this law firm was great at the beginning. My husband and I felt we were in good hands.Then our calls and text wasn't answered it went on for 4 months. Our attorney didn't fight for us . We settled because he said there was no more he could do, and couldn't even get 1500 dollars that was left on our medical paid. We had to Lord forbid if I'm ever in another car accident I will not hire this law firm or Jason Pride.

So wish, I could give negative star’s. Do not hire this Firm. I lost “My 16 year old Daughter” in 2019; in a “Roll-Over-Vehicle Accident.” I hired the Attorney; that “Issac & Issac” sent from; “His Firm“ John Hester” and here it’s 2023 and all I have gotten is a “Police Report.” I have had Him call in the beginning a couple time’s and after that nothing. Philip price is our lawyer. I feel he has neglected our case. We call no answer. I usually receive a text after I hang up saying, “I will call you back, in a meeting” and we never hear anything! I’ve been in this lawsuit for 7 years now and it’s still not finished! We’re obviously not a priority. Maybe our case isn’t worth enough!
