I’ve had John Hester as my attorney there now going on three years now he does not communicate with me I’ve had to call the office manager multiple times cause he transfers my calls to his voice mail my cause is going on three years now and it should not have gone on this long I’m tired of how I have been done by this firm I feel it’s the worst mistake I’ve made by hiring them Lonie mansfield

He is not a great lawyer, he basically steals half of your money. I would not recommend this person at all. They lied to me and said I would get 100k and now they gabe me way less to almost 10k and my car is gone and my wrist is still injured from 2016. He lures in customers with his false advertisement. He needs to shove his hammer up his ass.

I had to do a lot of calling, on my own when it should had been MY LAWYER correct?? I had to track down my police report, I had to stay CONSTANTLY on my lawyer. And supposedly out of 20,000.00 I walk away with 11,000.00. Totally unexceptable. Completely unsatisfied. But I know I will NEVER use this company again.

Unsatisfactory. My attorney was extremely slow at returning my phone calls and email. It took over a year to settle a case that seemed routine. Overall I felt undervalued and misrepresented as the months dragged on when initially I felt secure to be represented by the Isaacs and Isaacs law firm. My settlement amount was less than half of what we originally sought out bc of lack of strong and credible representation on behalf of Isaacs’s and Isaacs’s. It was not a good experience to say the least.

Never called to keep me informed. I had to call and hope someone will call me back and email. I did use them before and did ok but this last time was the worse. I wasn't contacted to see if I was ok with the Bill's. She didn't talk them down an if she did it couldn't been much at all. Also the car totalled out and she didn't have them take it off. So now I have to find out how/ or pay every year when I renewal my tags

You all were slow and didn’t do much. Could of got more money faster if you were competent or not invoked at all. The hammer my ass. A fucking dumbass maybe. Jesus.
