As a LMFT, I have given her referrals with patients that have severe conduct disorder and ADHD and she has helped these patients tremendously. She is a wonderful Psychiatrist that goes above and beyond and gives her patients high quality care.
I have referred several clients to Dr. Puri. I trust her judgement and am confident when I make referrals.
Dr. Isabel Puri has been my Dr, for over 9 years now and have never met such a kind, loving and caring Dr. like her in my life and I've ad many other Dr's. Her staff of ladies at front desk deal with patients complaints day in and day out in an utmost professional way, considering how rude some patients trat them. And if Dr. Puri is running late it's most likely she;s giving that patient 100% of her time listening to what is concerning them. I've been seeing Dr. Puri for 3 - 5 years, and she has always been very kind, attentive compassionate and helpful, never condescending. I've started to embrace her recommendation re: diet, especially as I'm seeing more & more articles about health issues with dairy & glutens. She's extremely professional, and I recommend her without reservation!
If are ever in need of a helpful kind word to a problem of yours that seems impossible to handle Dr. Puri is the one for you. She is the most professional of all professionals and does take each one of her patients as though they were the only one. She is top notch of all doctors I've seen and will be forever grateful to her. Also, her ladies at the front desk take care of you very nicely- real team work at it's best! I owe my new life to Dr. Puri.
Dr. Puri saved my life! I was referred to her by a doctor who refused to treat my thyroid unless I got evaluated by a psychiatrist (implying that I was crazy.) Dr. Puri ordered a thyroid panel and 24 hour saliva test for cortisol that showed thyroid and adrenals to be seriously depleted. Dr Puri was difficult to schedule an appointment with. Her office cancelled on me multiple times. After 6 months, I was still waiting for the results of my testing which I had done in a timely manner. She was late to our most recent appointment and she had not even prepared for our meeting, reading the notes as I waited even longer. She was generally disrespectful of my time and I would recommend that you find another provider.
Stay away from this Doctor. Ridiculous doctor has a big ego. Will not listen to your concerns and tells me the cause of some of my problems are caused by me eating dairy and gluten. She’s consistently late and does not respect your time. She does not even apologize for being late and give a reason. Entitlement? She was eating one time for my whole session.
Doesn't know what she is doing. Completely illiterate and doesn't care about her patients
