HORRIBLE!!! Avoid at all cost. Not just Isaura but PRMG. Isaura was the lender for the buyer of our home. Working with Isaura was the WORST experience I have ever had selling a house. What should have taken 60 days took 6 months to close. I spent half a year and almost $40,000 on two households during that time, and with so little contact from her there were times we were not even sure if they were still under contract.
