RecommendedI am on a month-long trip with my sweet 15 year old dog Rosie. She lost some strength and mobility in her hindquarters quite suddenly. I took her to the emergency vet in Charleston and got some anti-inflames and gabapentin which helped a lot. Yesterday Rosie had her first acupuncture treatment at Island Animal Hospital. The staff, from the ladies at the front desk to the AMAZING techs Chrissy and Sam and Dr. Luckstone, made us feel welcome and treated our fur baby as part of their family. They explained the process, diagnosis, and treatment options clearly. **two days later they called to check on Lacey and to let us know the results of her tests. We absolutely love this I've!

RecommendedWe are new to the area and our Sheltie was having some issues. IAH saw us within hours of my calling. The staff were friendly, caring, and kind. Dr. Phillips did a thorough exam, ran a few tests, and discovered that the Lyme Disease our baby has lived with most of her life had flared up. Not only did Dr. Phillips call with her test results, he called again the next day to check in on us! Thank you! We are incredibly blessed to have found the IAH family!
