Room and areas around the hotel were very clean.
Clean, all needed supplies were provided, close to attractions, luggage storage on premises
It was a great trip
Staff at check-in desk was extremely friendly and helpful. Casino staff not as friendly and waitresses few and far between. Had to walk to bar to get own drinks. Hostess staff at player services not very helpful
Housekeeping information It was not clearly communicated that housekeeping was only provided upon request. Only on the second day of requesting additional towels and sharing housekeeping did not come was it communicated that it needs to be requested.
