Loved the location, we were able to get around and do things we wanted, plus centrally located to the Quad Cities. Love it
When I arrived there was urine under the toilet seat. I lifted the lid and was shocked to see that urine was puddled under the lid around the rim of the bowl. Non smoking room but there was a faint smell of smoke. Shower head is very low. If you are 6 ft you will have to bend down to wash your head. Other than these things it was fine.
TV remote wouldn't work so went to desk and they gave me a different remote. that remote did not work either. that was the only issue i had during this stay. Everything else about the stay was great. the staff was very friendly.
Great hotel and amenities! Hotel is beautifully updated, rooms are cozy, and having an indoor pool and fitness is awesome. Casino is fun! Keep in mind this is Iowa, and smoking is still allowed indoors, so there is a bit of lingering odor in non smoking areas because of that. It didnt effect our stay though.
