Good Customer Service at the Front Desk. Keller's Express could have used one more person working and the staff to be a little more friendly - I understand when it is busy that can be stressful but you still need to be pleasant to the customers!

North tower next time. We had a great time. We stayed there last June for a wedding and our room in the North tower was beautiful. This time we stayed in the Sough tower and I was not very impressed.

Hotel was nice. It was good for what we needed. We were in town for a concert at Tax Slayer Center. I would have liked more options for late night food. I also found the whole property to smell of smoke

I liked having the casino available. But they dont have many food options. Let alone later at night after a concert.
