Everything was great I have no complaints
The hotel was good. It appears to be in need of updating and/or remodel. The roomd seem to be "dated", and my wife commented that the rooms need updating. The casino was kind of small, compared to other hotel/casinos in Iowa.
We love staying at the Isle; however, since it changed to Caesars property we do not receive any free or discounted rooms. We used to get them all the time and stayed frequently. Now it's just once in awhile because the price is too expensive.
nice hotel and casino. the room was very comfortable and clean. plenty of outlets to plug or charge your devices. only small thing that was annoying was that the tv did not rotate any. made it hard to see the tv from the desk in the room. line at the check in was a bit long since i arrived at peak check in time but once i got to the counter it was very fast to get my key.
Room was clean but outdated bathroom needs update
Rooms were spacious and clean. Casino is downstairs.
