Room needs some updates! Service was great! Room not as nice as when stayed before! Ceiling fan made loud irritating noise all night and you must have changed pillows! They use to be so nice and fluffy! Room needs some up dates!! Use to think the Isle was the nicest hotel in Waterloo!

Lasr Minute family trip We stayed here as a last minute trip before school started. We have stayed here multiple times previously. The hotel rooms Could us an update. Part of the carpet in the room was torn and the wood was showing. The bathroom is nicely done and large. The pool has always been spacious and beautifully done however with the hotel allowing day swim passes for non hotel guests and birthday parties the area filled up very quickly.
