We stayed here while seeing a show in Cedar Falls. The hotel is nice but comparatively high priced in comparison with other hotels with similar amenities. Since its a casino, there is also a resort fee, which seems excessive since the fee doesn't actually reflect additional services that visitors benefit from (such as dining discounts or a particularly impressive pool). Basically you're just paying a little extra to be able to go downstairs and gamble.

I only had 2 towels....also I have stayed there on multiple occasions and they never have any upgrades for me

Pool, arcade, different types of eating areas, good food, friendly staff all were pluses. Small grandchildren had good time!

Clean an makes sure rooms are ckeaned throughout There was alot of cleaning that needed to be done an needed fir months I'd say
This is the second Christmas we have stayed at this location. Very clean and we love the pool/arcade

The only hotel I will stay at Waterloo when visiting family we love it. Plus they added at arcade this year which was a plus for the little one.
