Delayed check in. Check in time is 4:00. We arrived after 5:00 and were told we’d have to wait for our room. We didn’t wait long, but after traveling waiting in the lobby for a room wasn’t ideal.

Huge bathroom, very nice clean room, did not enjoy all the unattended kids jumping in and out of hot tub and pool
