Room excellent size. Staff friendly but not as helpful with our issue. Said no AAA but had plaques on wall. Resort fee?? Pricing confusing. Do not plan on returning.

The helpful nature and friendly disposition of the staff increasingly made our stay the most comfortable we have ever been in a hotel. The willingness to cater to our every need and request without inconveniencing our stay was the best. By this I mean. My daughter had itchy skin from chlorine in pool called down to the front desk for some Benadryl and they had some. When I got to the front desk or was ready and waiting, in the middle of the night.
