Staff were very helpful for my friend who needed a wheelchair and everything was clean and welcoming
Maybe? King room on the 5th floor, Must not have been a remodeled room. No coffee makers in the rooms? Had to wait till 8:00 to get a cup of coffee. For an early riser, not a good situation.No microwave in the room. No facial bar soap in bathroom. Found a sharp piece of plastic on the carpet. Maybe they don't vaccuum every room cleaning.Wasn't horrible, but we expected better. Did not use the pool, so no review on that. Looked nice, though.
