I enjoyed staying in a large hotel and casino with pool and hot tub. Cleanliness was A and staff very friendly. My only complaint is that the heat in my room was poor and the blanket on the bed was very thin which made for a chilly night. I know the facility is owned by Caesar’s but this is Iowa, not Vegas. Please fix the heating and/or have warmer covers on the beds.

Stay was fine. Check in was uncomfortable. Waited in line while a couple was very dissatisfied and accusing the desk manager of being racist because he had referred to them as “you people”.
