I enjoyed my stay and enjoyed the wonderful staff. I’m still waiting on money that’s supposed to be returned to me but all is well
The room was very nice and comfortable. The air conditioning was hard to set on a cool temperature. The food area needs work. The food choices are very limited for a casino. The food we had was not good.
my experience for my time there was a good one in all respects. travel to the casinos in tunica was convenient and interesting as I compared the whole scene to penna. where i'm from. I liked the contrast. great experience. only thing bad about isle casino was they didn't have poker, which is my passion.
Hotel.com really messed up my reservation upon arrival at the hotel and casino .They only had my first name on the reservation. Which cause some confusion. The hotel manager was able to figure it out. The hotel staff was awesome in getting the problem resolved. I am highly disappointed with hotel. com after traveling over 3,000 miles.
