It was never communicated that the hotel front desk closes at a specific time. Security was communicating that the hotel desk was closed and a manager had to be called to give us room keys. There were only two set of towels and housekeeping didn’t refresh. After having a long day and night, having fresh towels could have made the stay better.
Staff was excellent.
Smell like smoke even the non smoking rooms but a nice hotel overall
OK hotel. Words of warning: site has NO WiFi, a very poor grill, no restaurant, and is very remote. Potable water has a very “slippery” feel which makes taking a shower dangerous. Water has a bad after taste as well.
I went in April so the pool wasn't open yet. There should be a way to park closer to your room.
I didn't visit the casino portion. The room was clean and very nice
Too high for a small room crammed full of furniture. No hair dryer and only lamp with terrible lighting.
