Quality is consistent so I know what I am getting. I feel safe at the hotel and its parking lot. All help is kind and courteous. Some have been there for many years which I think says a lot about management.
The property itself was nice. It was convenient, close, and safer than anything else in the area. The beds were not very comfortable. I was by a door that went to the courtyard and every time someone went out the door would slam shut. This was all through the night. It was very pet friendly but they put me and my dogs next to someone else with a dog. The dog next to me would bark every time someone moved. I suggest not putting pet rooms side by side. We checked in on Wednesday and stayed till Sunday. The maid never knocked on my door which was fine until I started running out of clean towels and toilet paper . When I stopped the maid in the hall she said she would get me some but next time I had to call the front desk and ask for it . I was not told at check in about this . The girl that checked us in barely said 2 words to us and acted as if we were inconveniencing her . We have stayed here a lot and never been treated like this .
