Got a storage unit here for a fraction of the price that I was paying at Extraspace. Ronnetta was extremely helpful, friendly, and honest. We needed a truck and she helped us to rent one and even got the size truck we needed brought to her facility from another uhaul rental facility. Great customer service and clean facility.Ā

I've been using iStorage for the last year or so and they've been patient with me. There was some problem that arose with my auto pay while I was away for a long time which made it so I wasn't paying. They secured my unit of course but definitely helped me out. They made every attempt to reach me and let me know of the issue. Which they made smoothly corrected. A gentleman named Mark made it all happen and was extremely respectful the entire time! Nice clean facility. The manager was very polite and open about what we were signing up for when getting a storage unit. Explained all the pricing and insurance that is needed for the unit. We ended up getting a third floor 10x15 and our house packed up nicely in there. The security in my opinion is great! There's a gate to get to the units. Lots of cameras and coded doors. You look your own storage unit. Climate control is nice even with the center floors. I feel comfortable leaving our belongings there for an extended ...Ā read more
Istorage is a great place to store you goods. The staff is AWESOME and very helpful. Units and properties are clean. I would not want to rent anywhere else.Ā

I loved my storage unit I never had a problem and was cheaper then anything I found. Everyone is nice and very helpful. Yeah gates broke sometimes. That stuff breaks.. All in all great place I believe.Ā
