I reserved a unit and was told they had a lot. I got texts from them about my reservation Saturday and Sunday. We arrive Monday to fill everything out to store our things to be told they don't have any units that size. The next size bigger was more than twice the price. I then got a unit from a reputable company and left. I called the number only to be told it was a "soft reservation " and my unit had been rented just a few hours before we arrived. Don't trust this company.

We are at the Norfolk location. The gate is broken. The sign sys 8 but they told us that the office opens at nine. There is another sign that says access at 6 but no one can get in. Horrible service. Doesn't even deserve 1 star. Also the manager Chris is rude and inconsiderate and hung up on us saying it was a courtesy to talk to us on his day off. First off if you are the manager, if there is an issue you have no day off.

I can't even give 1 star for this place. It is ridiculous. Sign says it opens at 8 no one is here and the 1800 number told us that the person is running late and it 922am. We are here along with a bunch of other cars waiting. Horrible service and I am taking all my stuff our of here and never coming back. Worst ever

Even though they claim to have great customer service and be military friendly, I had a different experience. I am stationed overseas and needed to store some of my belongings locally in a storage unit. I researched the different options locally and found this unit to be very competitive in both location and price. I visited the unit in person and reserved it with a down payment.
