Website said I was booking a storage unit but as it turned out, it was only a parking space. They said they would void the transaction and issue a refund. Instead, they charged me on June 17th and no refund. Not only did they lie about canceling and crediting me, they billed again the next month! They don't answer the phone or emails. Must be running a scam?

I was Charged $237 Bucks & Never used their storage facility. Terrible customer service. iStorage refused to return my money! It's pretty simple. DO NOT RENT FROM HERE: Checked out on July 6th and they tell me they get to keep a whole month's rent? What kind of business does this kind of shady stuff? No justification given, just too lazy and dishonest to calculate 3/4 of a month and give a refund like any reputable business would. Shame on them.
