I have been renting from I-storage for a year now and they have been the most accommodating storage business I have ever dealt with... Jordan upfront is always a pleasure and they go out of their way to service any of my needs I look forward to keeping my business with them for many years to come

Update * The response made to look like a human cares is a scam as well. Both my wife and I have called several times. It is a national phone tree and the best we can get is an AI assistant. Have left multiple messages with no response.

We stored our son's belongings at iStorage on Columbia Ave in Franklin, TN. We just checked on it and everything is covered in MOLD. All ruined. The corporate office told us to "read the contract". It does say they are not responsible for our contents. However, doesn't it seem resonable that when you pay for and use a storage facility, your belongings will not be covered in MOLD?

I get notified of a rent increase TWO MONTHS after signing up and moving my stuff in. I understand rates can go up over time, but this is ridiculous. I called support and they said they were allowed to do it according to the contract. Be warned, you won't pay the price you agree to for long.

Istorage raised the rent frequently and we were only there for 7-8 months. Garage door wouldn't stay open and in order to repair I had to be there with the repairman or it wouldn't be repaired. The manager was rude. We cleared out our unit one day after the months rent was pulled from our account and Istorage will not prorate or give any of it back. I strongly suggest you take your business elsewhere. The current property manager at iStorage in Franklin, TN lacks people skills, respect, & good customer service. I don't know her name. According to the most recent review from December 2023, it could be Stephanie. I've only had 2 encounters with her. During the first encounter, she made me feel like I was getting on her nerves. Website said I was booking a storage unit but as it turned out, it was only a parking space. They said they would void the transaction and issue a refund. Instead, they charged me on June 17th and no refund. Not only did they lie about canceling and crediting me, they billed again the next month! They don't answer the phone or emails. Must be running a scam?
