I've been renting from our istorage at the Folsom boulevard location for a few new years now and always had great service affordable prices. They gone through some management changes and have been short-staffed in the past but now under New Management things are looking great.

I'm updating my review after recent dealings with the business.. After a number of years, I had to vacate a unit there.. although I was expecting a hassle, manager Gloria made the process easy! I had a junk company come to dispose of much, and Gloria called me from the front to let me know they were at the gate. I was so impressed that I recommend a family member and now they are renting there

My husband and I have a storage unit already, but it started to become a little small so we went in to discuss our options. The nice man really helped us to explore the best options that suited our needs. I feel he really went above and beyond to save us money. What we also about this property is it is so clean and safe.

We stored our travel trailer here and are not happy with our experience. Our spare tire and part of the mount was stolen. People, unfortunately, live in the units. We have had vomit, urine, and coffee dumped around our trailer. The people who lived in the unit across from us were making coffee and claimed the coffee dumped on our Jack was not from them. My unit is infested with rats. Apparently it is in a lot of units on my side that backs up to the wrecking yard the counter guy said. I cant move anything out or in because of the rats. Not getting any help from I storage. Manager has been gone for 3 months. Kid at the desk is not in any hurry to do anything. He wanted to know if I would call pest control. Would not give out district managers number. Gave me an email. Called cooperate same thing. At this point not sure what I can do but get an attorney.

This place has horrible customer service. The people working at this property can careless about you. I know it's just storage but I felt very unwelcome and could not wait to move my things out of there. Maybe because this is own my a bigger corporation or they just hire the wrong staff. But everyone I encountered during my years here was just terrible. I have never felt so happy and relieved ever moving my things. I found another storage location with better prices and the service was much better.

Today as I passed by on Hwy 50 I realized my 2018 22 foot travel trailer was not in its spot. It had been stolen. I went to the office to report the theft and received no satisfaction, no understanding, no anything and certainly no apology. Apparently someone entered this "secured" facility cut the hitch lock installed their own battery, hooked up the trailer and left sometime during the last month.
