I cannot believe what happened to me an my wife's motorhome at this DUMP! We were storing our new Motorhome here a total of 8 days and the damage done in the short time is unimaginable. First noticed that our fuel was GONE when we went to get something left inside from a previous trip. Then went back the next day when we had read the reviews to check on it and saw that out storage box locks had been 'tampered' with. Shortly after my previous review, the regional manager contacted me directly. We spoke for approximately 20 minutes, me doing most of it as I was, um, expressing myself, and he, Art, remained calm. This was unexpexted, but quite nice. We discussed many aspects of the review, and a few in greater length. Agree with Gale and Gordon. I too have been a long time customer since 2007. They've raised the rent twice since the new owners took over. I'm now paying $40 more a month than I did 6 months ago. The first rate hike was expected as the previous owners had never increased the rent. However, three months later they raised it again. They put a fresh coat of paint on and put in security cameras but nothing else has been fixed or modernized. Istorage is a valet facility where the customer leaves their boat or RV in the front parking area and they move it into the storage facility. Likewise they retrieve it and place it out front ready to pick up when you need it. I purchased my first brand new trailer on April 28th, 2017. I also contracted iStorage to store it in their indoor storage facility. I dropped my trailer off at the facility on Sunday April 30th, 2017.
