The move in process was all done online & completely stress free. When I moved in to my unit I thought the place was new because of how well everything is kept up, even my unit looks like I'm the first to ever use it. Also, the access hours are perfect so we never feel rushed.
Luisa is great! Even with my own personal issues, she is so nice and thoughtful. She has helped me with my p.o. box issues, and even when shes on lunch she still gives me my mail. She is an amazing property manager.
It was nice to be able to help me... I got there 4 minutes before 6:00 pm , that is when you are ready to close... This Young nice woman did everything on her hands for me even stay after her shift had ended.. I was so worry I had a warning I can't leave my trailer no more where it was they were going to Towed away... I had explained to her and she was so nice and kind looks like she was mad but not she just another Angel from the heavans.. Thank you Young Lady. God bless you.
